A BUS shelter has been turned into a community book shelter for people to explore the different books adding community spirit, offering a wide variety of books and contributing to the importance of reading.
The book swap is located in Tutshill and was set up by Tutshill Womens’ Institute and is managed by volunteers across the community.
It was refurbished with help from Tidenham Parish Council. The steps are easy to follow, take a book, leave a book and you can even add book too but you have to ensure they’re in good condition and when there’s plenty of space of the shelves, if they are full bring your books back when there is more room.
As much as this is a great space for individual to get lost in their books, there is also a reminder to respect the space for the next people who want to read.
