Pupils of Osbaston Church in Wales School have been doing their bit for charity over the past few weeks by filling boxes to donate to 'Operation Christmas Child'.

The project, run by Samaritan's Purse, encourages children to fill boxes with toys and sweets suitable for boys and girls who will be less fortunate than themselves this Christmas.

A total of 116 boxes were collected by Monmouth Methodist Church last Monday (15th November).

They will be distributed among communities in need in areas such as Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
