We are fortunate in Monmouth to benefit from the services of START – The Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team.

This excellent team of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social services has proved invaluable to us.

Peter returned home after seven months in hospital and their professional, cheerful and caring attitude has facilitated his start to returning to full and active life.

We can never thank them enough and know many people in Monmouth will continue to benefit from their help.

We would also like to thank Sylvia from Help The Aged.

It has proved an enormous help to receive such excellent support.
