At times, the rain was truly biblical but the audience was incredible! Despite dire weather warnings, ‘Crossroads Jam’ rocked on through the Bank Holiday downpour at The Robin Hood on Sunday afternoon.

Fears that the weather might put off revellers were largely unfounded and an enthusiastic audience enjoyed a couple of hours great entertainment by the latest fantastic rock band to come out of the burgeoning U3a Monmouth group.

After closing the Monmouthshire Show to great reviews, Mark from the Robin Hood was keen to book Crossroads to play the Bank Holiday. The band play for charity and over £280 was raised from a bucket collection and donations in aid of ‘Reachout Monmouth’.
