As entries start to flood in for this year's HJ Weir Engineering Wyedean Forest Rally, amongst these are event sponsor Ross Weir, who will be teaming up again with Rob Smith in a Subaru WRC.

The duo were up to seventh last year before retirement, but with their Impreza being rebuilt by RSR, they decided to hire something and will be hoping to be in the mix at the front end.

Multiple Scottish and former BRC champion David Bogie, brings his '02 Ford Focus WRC, his only previous Wyedean outing was in 2006.

Rally Barbados winner Paul Bird switches back to gravel after two years of doing tarmac events. The superbike team boss has entered his '08 Focus WRC but is rumoured to be switching to a Fiesta WRC.

Wyedean regular Stephen Petch, pictured, had a superb end to 2013 with his Focus WRC.

Peter Elkins is another driver who can never be discounted with his Focus WRC. Top Group N front runners Luke Francis and Jamie Anderson are both present.

On the local front veteran co-driver Paul Spooner will again be calling the notes for Steve Perez in the awesome sounding Lancia Stratos. Another Wyedean veteran, Cliff Simmons, will guide Simon Tysoe in his historic Escort. Ross on Wye's Mike Jode teams up with Mark Griffiths in the newly rebuilt Escort RS after his roll on the Dukeries last year.

Dan Evans will have Tom Marrott on the notes for their attack on the Morris Lubricants' 1400 series in a brand new Vauxhall Nova.

Also in are former 1400 champions Darren Pinchen and Karen Jenkins in the Proton Satria along with Ross on Wye duo Dan Gray and new co-driver Matt Rogers in their Peugeot 106.

Jason Gardner teams up with Graham Cox in the historic spec Mk1 Escort RS1600, Shawn Baldwin is another with a new co-driver in the shape of Simon Cox in their Escort RS, Bob Morgan and Ade Williams in the beautiful Skoda Fabia S2000 Evo, Steve Jenkins and Mark Vaughan return in their S1400 Saxo, for more information go to. www. wyedeanrally.com
