David Teague hit a century and took a wicket as Chepstow Cricket Club beat Tondu by 38 runs in the Glamorgan & Monmouthshire League Division One. The opener, whose 101 included seven boundaries, was supported by Jamie Rayner (74) and skipper Jason Dobbie (44). Alyn Franklin and Paul Swingwood finished unbeaten on 14 and 7 respectively as Chepstow posted 265-6 from their 50 overs at Tondu's Bryn Road ground. Tim Woolis took two of the Chepstow wickets, with Paul Grabham, Ben Green and Liam Woolis also striking. Malith Madurasinghe destroyed the Tondu middle order, taking 3-17 from just two overs as the home side finished on 227-7. Earlier in the innings, Jon Roberts had dismissed opener Craig Townsend for a duck, while there were also wickets for Tudor Morgan-Huggett, Mitchell Harris and Teague.
