Monmouth School's Under 15 football team secured top spot in the Southern Mercian League for 2012.

The league title went all the way to the penultimate game of the season, when a strong Malvern College side were beaten two-one.

In the final match of the term, the boys travelled away to the Northern League winners RGS Worcester.

In a free flowing game with some excellent passing moves, Monmouth finished two-one victors and were crowned overall champions.
