The two sides, separated by 16 points, have both had struggles at times this season, with Llanhilleth only winning once against New Tredegar in September. Monmouth beat Llanhilleth 31-6 at the Sportsground in November.
Chepstow meanwhile visit Newport HSOB who have also had their problems. Second-placed Chepstow are 13 points behind leaders Caldicot, but have played one game less, while Newport sit second from bottom having lost 11 of their 14 games. In the reverse fixture last November, Chepstow secured a narrow 15-12 win.
