KESTREL gymnasts had an excellent day at Gemau Cymru held at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff. 

The girls from the club competed in the acrobatics section and performed beautifully, holding all balances. 

In the pairs group, Rosie Wilson and Ella Burley took the silver medal, followed by trio, Heather Dent, Eden Fryer and Georgie Davies in bronze position. 

Also taking part were trio Elisha Burke, Isabel Powell and Mollie Sage who gave a good performance. 

Nine-year old Joseph Dunster took part in the men's elite artistic section."
