Monmouth Comprehensive School student Luke Tay Lodge has been selected for the Welsh Rugby Union Summer School and the Dewar Shield Squad.

The players that have been selected for this camp have been through a district trial process and have already been identified as players with a large amount of potential and have the desirable characteristics of an elite athlete.

Players that attend the camp will undergo a two-day intensive rugby development programme, focussing on developing not only their rugby skills, but the players as individuals.

There will be seminars on rugby techniques and tactics as well as goal setting and nutrition.
