MONMOUTH Cricket Club’s midweek team stormed to a 67-run triumph at Goodrich to record a third successive Forest Hundred League win.

Tej Saran (67) and Matt Jones (56 not out) powered them to 156-2 before Ben Davies (2-1) and Peter Keay (2-6) helped restrict Goodrich to 89-7 from their 100 balls.

Monmouth’s midweekers host Tintern Monks (6pm start) tonight (Wednesday, May 27).
