THIS week the mens pairs semi final was concluded, following a power cut earlier in the season.

Chepstow Football Club’s Lee Duffield and Andy Baldwin progressed through, and they will now meet Joe Orme and Marc Baynton in the Final on September 19th at the Burnt Barn Club.

In the league, with one game remaining the League titles are going down to the wire. Sedbury British Legion and the Huntsman Hotel sit level at the top of the singles league on 20 points each.

In the pairs league the Legion have a two point advantage, with them on 22 points and the Huntsman on 20 points. The two teams meet on Wednesday 16th September at the Huntsman in Shirenewton for the title decider.

This Sunday 13th September, the league has its AGM and winter league registration meeting. All teams wishing to enter need to send a representative. The meeting is at 8pm at Chepstow Athletic Club.
