SIR,

Will someone please turn off the lights in Dixton Close and The Gardens, they have now been on 24hours a day for the past seven weeks.

I have reported this twice by email and twice in the One Stop Shop, who in turn have reported it to the authorities, but to no avail.

I cannot imagine the amount of money this is costing and it  is certainly not helping to save the Planet.
