A HELICOPTER was seen circling over Monmouth at around 11.15am, appearing to be from the Welsh Air Ambulance.

The aircraft was filmed above the Monmouth town. At this stage, the purpose of the helicopters presence has not yet been confirmed but the Welsh Air Ambulance service has been contacted for further information.
