A LOCAL Pub in Usk has been named as the most dog friendly pub in Wales.

The Greyhound Inn, recently received this award as they offer a warm, welcoming space for their four-legged guests.

The pub was recognised by Rover as the very best in Wales.

The pub shared its announcement on their Facebook page expressing their appreciation for receiving this award.

“We honestly had no idea and we’re completely blown away,” said a spokesperson from the pub.

They extended their thanks to the rest of The Greyhound team who always ensure the dogs are well looked after when they attend the pub with their owners.
