A VITAL service supporting children with additional needs and their families across Monmouthshire has received a £90,000 grant from the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation.

The award will enable Bridges’ Quest Busters project to continue its work beyond early 2027, when its existing funding was due to end, and provide greater stability for the service over the next few years.

Quest Busters supports families across Monmouthshire who have a child aged between six and 17 with additional needs. Through a varied programme of activities and experiences, the project gives children opportunities to make friends, develop confidence, try new things and enjoy time in safe and supportive environments.

Richard and Andrew Hill of Hill and Co Financial Advisers Ltd helped Bridges secure the grant. Lisa Harris accepted the cheque on behalf of Quest Busters during a presentation held on August 7.
