I would like to thank the many people in Drybridge Ward who have expressed their support for my decision to stand as an Independent at the forthcoming local elections.

I have been overwhelmed by the number of people who have approached me and said I am doing the right thing.

It is pleasing to note that people in Monmouth care about the future of the Town and they share my view that the building of too many houses on the Wonastow Road will harm the character of Monmouth for ever.
