SIR,

I would like to thank everyone who helped to make the Osbaston PTFA May Fayre, which took place last weekend, such a success.

I must thank Tracey Mapp for all of her very hard work ensuring the smooth running of the fayre.

Her prompts to get things done, her treasurer role getting floats etc sorted and her enthusiasm has been overwhelming.

I would also like to thank Jo Stone, Catherine Stone, The Ford family, especially Richard and Gaynor, Katrine Morgan, Cass Kedward – her organisation of the cafe was amazing – Kerry Flint, Sarah and Chris Brown, Cath Hughes-Gardiner, Paul, Emma and Molly Clulee, Eirian Hilton, Olivia McLachlan, Catherine Ashby, Amanda Anderson, Debbie and Dave Mather, Debbie and Bethan Fuse, Alison O'Docherty, Jaqui Bates, Karen Geen, April and Natasha Chandra, Sara and Lauren Moore, Vicky, Ivan and Georgia Lucas, Esther and Liam Lacey and Esther's mum and dad, Vicky and Lucy Powell, Jeremy Hughes, Linda and Bethan Carlton, Tom and Katie Mapp, Di and Grace Wainewright, Eloise Oubridge-Brock, Sue and Lucy Gibson, Matthew Ford and Charlotte Uttley for helping man stalls and for them and all the other helpers who set up and cleared away.

Thanks to Max, Josh and Alex Lewis, Cameron and Louise Ogilvy and Karan and Evie, Harry and Louise for their inpromptu Y4 Stalls which went down a storm.

The children offered to run their own stall and their parents were on hand. They worked well and hard all afternoon. Well done and many thank yous to you all.

Thanks also must go to Miss Millard for the Country Dancing Teams performances and for being ref on the Lads and Dads football match.

A thank you too to Mrs Sparry and our very own Mr Osbourne for all their help and support with the whole event.

Thank you to all parents, and the lady and gentleman who donated plants from Osbaston Road, for all the donations however big, however small, every little bit has helped.

Without everyone's help the fayre would not have happened.

We raised a staggering £1192.32. We have broken all our previous records and are all very proud.

The money will be spent on our children to enhance their working, playing and school environment.
