Heavy rain has caused reduced visibility on many of Monmouthshire's roads this morning and patches of surface water, especially on the A449.

The dual carriageway is affected near the junction with the M4 at the Coldra, the A40 at Raglan and up to Monmouth.

Roads in and around Usk are also thought to be particularly affected.
