THE Monmouthshire Show enjoyed unbroken sunshine this year and thousands took the opportunity to see the attractions that the show committee had in store for them.
With a food hall and trade stands, motorcycle displays and animal antics, there was something for everyone.
The countryside ring had moved with positive consequences and many traders benefitted from the proximity of the alternative show ring, however the committee had to unfortunately cancel the grand parade with concerns for the welfare of the animals in the heat and changed the dress code for the horse ring so that entries did not have to perform in full dress.
