A safe was taken during a burglary in Shirenewton overnight on Sunday 21st/ Monday 22nd April.

Police believe the safe was wheeled out of the property on an office/ computer-style chair.

Officers are asking that people not only keep an eye out for the safe but also the chair.

The chair could have been thrown out anywhere in Monmouthshire, but its location if found could be key evidence in the investigation.
