The Duchess of Cornwall paid a flying visit to Jamie’s Farm, nestled in the Redbrook countryside, to see how the farm works with disadvantaged young people of Wales.

It was part of the tour of South Wales by Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall who is a Patron of Jamie’s farm

She first met a group of funders and trustees and then proceeded to the kitchen and dining area where she met students and cooking staff who use farm produce to make healthy, well-balanced meals.

Next, she was shown the vegetable garden where students are taught how to plant their own food.

Then back outside to meet two therapy horses in the horse arena before joining funders and farmers in the Stable Courtyard.

Then she had the opportunity to meet with the ‘Bees for Development’ team.
