The Llanishen Local Cribbage League played the game week 12 fixtures on Tuesday 17 February. After a recent loss of form, league leaders, the Lion, returned to winning ways in dominant style, beating the Nomads 11-4.League chasers the Sloop slipped up against X-Bush, losing 10-5, while the InBOATweeners moved up the table by beating Wye Valley 9-6.

The results leave four teams still in contention for the league title, with two game weeks to go.Matches were played at the Boat in Penallt, the Bell in Redbrook and the Wye Valley Hotel in Tintern.Next week is the Farcom Competition (doubles) at the Lion Inn, Trellech, on Tuesday 24 February at 8:30.
