A police chase ended in Monmouth this evening as police dog vans and unmarked cars swooped to stop a vehicle on Dixton Road this evening at 6.45pm.
A police helicopter was seen circling Monmouth Comprehensive School this evening about 6pm while parents and Y6 pupils enjoyed an open evening.
An eye witness in the school claimed he saw a man running across a concrete wall within the grounds of the school.

Police cars had blocked off the lower car park to the school as the net closed in on the suspects.
