TINY Beginnings nursery has been featured in the 'best practice' section of The Estyn Chief Inspector's Annual Report, which provides analysis and commentary on the performance of education and training in Wales.

"We are delighted to have had our hard work and commitment to providing high quality early years education recognised by Estyn," said manager Kate Guy-Coombes.

"Tiny Beginnings Day Nursery works with parents to identify children's strengths and their priorities for development. Nursery staff use this information to set individual targets for children, plan teaching and learning, and to track children's progress," she added.

The children benefit from knowing their strengths, parents have a clear understanding of their children's progress and practitioners are skilled at identifying the next steps for children's learning."
