MONMOUTHSHIRE Officers from the Neighbourhood Team were out in Monmouth recently conducting proactive patrols in the area.
The officers were out with a clear focus on deterring and tackling anti-social behaviour and keeping the community safe.
As a result of their patrols and proactive activity there was one vehicle seized for having no insurance, one vehicle seized under Section 59 Police Reform Act due to the anti-social manner in which it was being driven.
One vehicle searched under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, one male issued with a Community Resolution for possession of a Class B controlled substance.
The Monmouthshire Neighbourhood teams will continue to take proactive action against anti-social behaviour, including the use of our available powers to deal with those whose behaviour impacts negatively in our community.
