Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) is extending an open-invitation to money information day at Bridges Community Centre on Tuesday 28th February.

Money Information Day will give visitors the opportunity to receive confidential and independent advice about credit unions, loans and savings accounts as well as useful information about debt management, pensions and general financial advice.

Agencies taking part include Money Matters, Gateway Credit Union and the Money Advice Service.

Ruth Barton, project manager in MCC's Housing and Regeneration Department, said: "Dealing with money matters can often be daunting with so many different options available and so many places to go.

"This event is open to everyone so we hope people feel comfortable in coming in and getting advice from the experts on hand."

Money Information Day will be open from 10am to 3pm. It is open to all and free to attend.
