Monmouth Comprehensive School (MCS) pupil Jordan Howells has caught the attention of Super League clubs Leeds Rhinos and St Helens after his recent performance in the Wales v England under 16 International.
Jordan, along with six fellow students, was put forward for trials for the Celtic Crusaders earlier this year.
After catching the eyes of the selectors during the trials, Jordan has cemented his place within the Crusaders set up.
So far Jordan has managed to score three tries in three matches for the Crusaders.
