After a complaint from Brian Ramsey to the clerk of Monmouth Town Council (MTC) regarding my letter in the Beacon (23/10/12), which I believed to be perfectly clear as coming from myself and at no time suggesting from any other member of MTC, I now have to clarify that this was my own personal opinion.
