BAR 125 on Monnow Street has installed baby-changing facilities in the men’s toilets after receiving feedback from fathers who recently visited the bar with their newborn babies.

Several fathers had highlighted to staff at bar 125 how beneficial it would be to have another baby-changing facility, so acting fast that’s what the owners decided to do.

Andrea Sholl, Co-owner of Bar 125 Monmouth, said: “Hospitality is about listening. When customers take the time to share their experience, we believe its our responsibility to respond. This was a simple change that makes a big difference.”

Martin Sholl, Co-owner, added: “Dad’s today are just as hands-on as mums, and businesses should reflect that. We want Bar 125 to be somewhere everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re here for a coffee, lunch, or spending time with family.”
