Spectrum Internet is working in Penallt to improve the poor broadband speeds that residents receive.

This will allow residents to improve their current broadband speeds of less than 2Mbps, to up to 40Mbps. As yet we have not connected any properties although we expect the first customers to receive the faster service from 5th March.

All telephone lines are the responsibility of BT Openreach and if anyone is experiencing any problems they should contact their telephone provider and raise it as a fault. It is very unfortunate that there is a fault in the area at this time and we hope this will be resolved quickly so that it does not affect any of our new customers.

We would be glad to work with any customer in the area who is having issues with their current telephone or broadband provider.
