Monmouth Junior Chess Club will re-start on Wednesday 30th September.
Set up for the benefit of the youngsters of Monmouth and the surrounding areas, it will take place from 5.15-6.30pm, at The Grange, Monmouth Preparatory School in Hadnock Road.
The Club is run by County Master Kevin Thomas, who is a full-time chess coach and Gwent Junior Chess Organiser.
