Police are reporting an increase in the theft of scrap metal throughout Monmouthshire.

Overnight on Friday 12th November, three fridge freezers and a metal skittle protector was stolen from the rear yard of Usk Conservative Club.

The following night, a metal boiler was stolen from the rear yard of The Vine Tree, Monnow Street, Monmouth.
