Monmouth Golf Club junior section has recently been awarded a golf accreditation for services to junior golf.
The award is called the 'Golf Cert' and is awarded by the Golf Development of Wales team based at The Celtic Manor Resort to clubs who demonstrate the importance placed by the club on developing and nurturing junior golfers into the game of golf.
Commenting on the award junior organiser Lee Knapper said: "This is a tremendous achievement for all the club and especially all the juniors and parents for their commitment they have shown this year".
