A MONMOUTH man and woman have been committed for trial at Newport Crown Court on April 20th charged with conspiring with others to supply heroin between an unknown date and December 24th.

Both Steven Woodward, aged 47, of Ash Lane, and Marjery Louise Newman, aged 28, also of Ash Lane, were granted conditional bail by Abergavenny Magistrates.

Mr Woodward also faces charges of possession with intent to supply unknown quantities of heroin, valued at £95,000, Ecstasy, cocaine and cannabis, as well as a charge of committing affray on December 24th.
