I’m Chris Lewis, a Jewellery Designer at Chris Lewis Jewellery Design,

I am a maker, a woodturner and silversmith.

I live in the beautiful Wye Valley, Monmouthshire where I create handmade, bespoke pieces of jewellery and gifts in my studio, using traditional techniques.

Each piece I create is unique, I design to your needs, memories and treasures.

The process is a culmination of my collaboration with you, and hearing your story helps me design and create.

I work in a variety of mediums, including silver, gold, copper, and brass and wood.

I am always open to using different materials for different designs. I create heirlooms to hand down through your family for generations.

Additionally, I run jewellery-making workshops in the Forest of Dean and Monmouthshire where you can come along, design, and create your own silver piece and take it home at the end of the day.

I am also happy to do private workshops and can bring my workshops to you. Terms and conditions apply.

Part of my work involves melting down old gold and silver jewellery and turning old heirlooms into contemporary new pieces.

These not only fit you but are designs that you are happy to wear.

The integrity and sentiments of the original pieces are maintained.

This includes gemstones too. I love to hear the stories associated with each piece of jewellery which can then be reflected in the new creation.

So, if you have any old or broken jewellery or pieces that maybe given to you by a relative, in the bottom of your jewellery box or drawer, I would love to hear your story.
