A 21-year-old male from Chepstow has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
The driver committed the offence in August earlier this year, when he was spotted by Roads Policing officers drifting around a roundabout next to a primary school in the Thornwell area.
He has received a 12-month driving disqualification and a community order, including 100 hours of unpaid work.
