SIR,

Friday was a great day for the town of Monmouth.

Everyone entered into the spirit of things and pulled out all the stops. There was a lovely feeling in the town and I know everyone enjoyed this historic event.

The shop keepers decorated their premises and even the balloons hanging from shops and bubbles from The Works went to make this a quite unforgettable day. Many thanks to everyone.
