ANDREW Bodenham of Rolls Avenue, Monmouth was sentenced to six months prison in the Cardiff Crown Court yesterday.

The 31-year-old pleaded guilty to attempting to administer poison with intent to injure under section 24 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.
