A Monmouth man has been jailed for three months after breaching his criminal behaviour order (CBO) conditions.
Ryan Price, 30 of Jordan Way, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft from a shop and two breaches of his CBO when he appeared at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 15 September.
Price carried out the five theft offences from commercial addresses between Tuesday 25 August and Sunday 13 September.
He breached his CBO on 25 August and 13 September by entering the Overmonnow Garage, Cinderhill Street, and Marks & Spencer, Monnow Street.
Earlier this year, Price was issued with a two-year criminal behaviour order at Newport Magistrates’ Court, on Monday 20 April, which stated he must not attend or enter: Co-op, Rockfield Road, Monmouth; Marks & Spencer; Overmonnow Garage, and Iceland in Agincourt Square.
