A FALLEN tree has blocked the access to Welsh Street Car Park in Chepstow.

The fallen tree has prevented motorists from accessing the car park and Monmouthshire County Council have been made aware of this issue. This is following the strong rain and winds in the area which have resulted from Storm Austen.

The council have also issued guidance on how to report tree-related issues, if this happens again.
