A 14-YEAR-OLD boy who went missing from Monmouthshire has been found safe and well.

An appeal was launched by Gwent Police to locate Billy Edwards who was reported missing on Thursday 4th February after visiting Pontypool.

Billy returned to his home address on the evening of Saturday 13th February.
