The AIFG Tumble and Vault Competition hosted by Kestrel Gymnastics Club was well supported with gymnasts from Cwmcarn taking part, and very good experience for gymnasts competing for the first time with top six gymnasts presented. In the five years age group, Lilian Sapsford won the Silver medal, Lowri Christie finished in fourth place followed by Eva Lawn in fifth place, and the three little girls took Team Gold. The Under 8s section was won by Isabelle Jones, Harriet Hathaway won Bronze, and together with team mates Erin Roberts who was placed fourth, and Francesca Owen, took Team Gold. Lexi Powell in sixth place, together with Sophie French and Olive Dunster, took Team Silver. Amber Powell competing in the U10s won Silver, and also Silver Team Medal with team mates Lilly Edwards and Martha Linden. The U12s section was won by Cora Chilholm followed by Lily Bunsford-Jones in Silver position. In the Boys' section Alex Hill-Wilson won Gold, Aedan McDaid won Silver with Henry Jones-Dekerf taking Bronze, and the three boys took Team Gold. The U10s section Gold medal winner was Dovydas Zargorskis, with Oliver Sapsford taking Silver and James Davies in Bronze position and Daniel Walters fourth, the boys also took Team Gold.
