Monmouth Town Under 8s travelled away to Caldicot on Sunday to play five-a-side football against Sudbrook CC.

A number of matches were played with each player getting his turn to shine. There were lots of goals and a few near misses.

Monmouth, sponsored by the Monmouthshire Conservatory Company, fielded seven players, all with their own individual talents.

The team now takes a rest until the New Year when training starts in earnest on 4th January.
