A Taekwon-do Grading has resulted in success for students including three mums and their sons.

A number of students from Chepstow Taekwon-do taught by Instructor Mr Tom Baxter, travelled to Bristol to grade under the Senior Chairman of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts and 8th Degree Black Belt, Senior Master R Gayle.

The students all returned having passed their gradings with two students passing with credit passes.

Among the group were students Sarah who trains with her son Ethan, Gemma who trains with her son Joey and Gail who trains with her sons Toby and Joe.

Sarah and Gemma started training at the start of the new year after watching their sons train with Gail starting a month later.

'I am extremely proud of my all students following their success at the recent grading, but I am also really happy for Sarah, Gemma and Gail' said Mr Tom Baxter, Instructor at Chepstow Taekwon-do 'I know how hard they have all worked and how challenging and daunting an experience it can be, starting Taekwon-do as an adult, but their success proves that it is possible and I wish them all the best for their continuing Taekwon-do journey.'
