CALDICOT Castle boss Alex Hart watched his men beat Glenside 14-0 to earn a home tie in the next round but was disappointed by his team’s performance.

“The game was one-sided but we played poorly and wasted chances throughout,” he said.

“We talked about being clinical but I was disappointed with our attitude. It was a decent win after two weeks off and now we can focus on getting our league campaign back on track but it’s really frustrating as missed chances costs us in the league.

“We were sloppy and eight goals in the last 25 minutes improved the scoreline.

“Our intensity is non-existent at times and we are lacking a real killer instinct to get on a roll and climb the table. The talent is there, the mindset is not!”

Joe O’Brien netted eight times with the other goals coming from Craig McClusky (3), Chris Morgan, James Lopategui and Rick Wood.
