SHIRENEWTON School of Tae Kwon-Do recently celebrated spectacular grading results, as two of the seven young students grading passed with an A Grade.

Ken Penman congratulated everyone on all their hard work. He said: “Well done to our graders, you should all be very proud of yourselves.”

A Korean Martial Art, Tae Kwon-Do is ideal for building confidence, focus and concentration, balance and coordination, respect, as well as fitness and self-defence. It teaches stamina, sensory perception and reactions, whilst incorporating courtesy, perseverance and positivity.
