On 25th June, The Soi Dog Foundation will be hosting a Guinness world record attempt for the most dogs in one place wearing a bandanna at the annual Soi Dog reunion and fun day at Ross-On-Wye.
Currently the world record stands at 764 dogs, and it is hoped that with the support of the dog lovers across the country, this record will be smashed and the record brought back to the UK from Australia.
The Soi Dog Foundation is registered charity started in 2003, which works across Thailand, America, Australia, the UK, France and Holland.
Organisers say the event is a great fun day out for the whole family and their furry friends, and also serves as a reunion for the adopters of the street dogs rescued from the dog meat trade industry in Asia.
All dogs are welcome to the event, held at The Hope and Anchor Inn, and starts at 10.30am.
The first 500 dogs will receive a free bandana.
As well as the world record attempt, there will be stalls, games, a dog show, face painting and bouncy castle, and an opportunity to learn more about the charity.
