YOUNG Monmouth sprinter Ryan Lee has been enjoying yet more athletics success.
The teenager ran last Wednesday (4th August) at the Welsh Athletics and Cwmbran Harriers graded open, winning the 100m and 200m.
He then ran in the Welsh Junior League Plate and Cup Qualifiers at Cardiff Athletics Stadium in Leckwith last Sunday (8th August).
Ryan came a very good second place in the 100m to the Welsh-ranked number two, only losing by 8/100 of a second in a time of 11.99.
He went on to win the 200m in a time of 24.37 into a head wind. He has now qualified for the final in Brecon in two weeks time.
