With the proposed sale of Meend Farm close, does this mean that council tax bills on property will be reduced in the Penallt area, due to the downturn in valuation of Meend Farm?

Also, could the council explain why the road to the farm, and not beyond, has been resurfaced and the road to the Old Church Penallt has not?
